• 400 practice questions in 7 packs with rationales (DPS 50, ID/Referral 50, Authorization/Brain Death 50, Mgmt Part 1 50, Mgmt Part 2 50, Recovery 50, Recovery 100). The 150-question mock is separate and is not part of the 400.
• 150-question mock exam — included, not an add-on, listed separately from the 400 practice questions. Scored on the educator roster.
• Educator roster — names, start dates, and mock by domain.
• Completion attestation for the personnel file: named and dated. No exam or mock score appears on that page.
• Transferable if a hire leaves before they sit. Materials follow the current July 2026 outline. Printed coils and the files they download stay with the coordinator.
